How to Initiate a Return & Refund

  1. Contact Support: Email [email protected] with your order number, item name (e.g., “jeans size M” or “halter top size S”), reason for return, and photos (for defective/incorrect items).
  2. Receive Guidelines: Approved requests will get a return address and packing instructions (no prepaid labels provided).
  3. Ship the Item: Use a trackable service (USPS/Canada Post) and retain the tracking number. We are not liable for lost packages.
  4. Inspection: We inspect returns within 3–5 business days of delivery to our warehouse.
